Sometimes chicken breast is just so, well, boring. I know many people don't like dark meat with the exception of wings. This you can make in 20-30min total so it's definitely a winner. It's modified from Frank Pellegrino Jr.'s recipe from People Magazine. Rao's has some great stuff and this is just another example of the greatness.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp black pepper
juice of 2 lemons
1/4 bunch of parsley, chopped
2 lbs of chicken wings
HARDWARE
baking sheet lined with foil
mixing bowl
knife and cutting board
measuring cup and spoons
- Preheat oven to 425F
- Combine oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, oregano, pepper, lemon juice, and parsley.
- Pour mixture over chicken, making sure all the skin is covered
- Put in oven for 20-25min.
- Let cool for 5 min and serve.
