Lemon Chicken Wings

Sometimes chicken breast is just so, well, boring. I know many people don't like dark meat with the exception of wings. This you can make in 20-30min total so it's definitely a winner. It's modified from Frank Pellegrino Jr.'s recipe from People Magazine. Rao's has some great stuff and this is just another example of the greatness. 
 

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup olive oil

1/2 tbsp red wine vinegar

1 garlic clove, minced

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp dried oregano

1/4 tsp black pepper

juice of 2 lemons

1/4 bunch of parsley, chopped

2 lbs of chicken wings

 

HARDWARE

baking sheet lined with foil

mixing bowl

knife and cutting board

measuring cup and spoons

 

 

  1. Preheat oven to 425F
  2. Combine oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, oregano, pepper, lemon juice, and parsley.
  3. Pour mixture over chicken, making sure all the skin is covered
  4. Put in oven for 20-25min. 
  5. Let cool for 5 min and serve.
