We love beef once in a while. The best value cut that I've found is the Kosher Rib Eye from Trader Joe's. It's probably their most expensive beef per pound but it tastes just as beefy as any high end places that charge $50 per steak. If you can find bone-in rib eye, the bone only adds flavor.
